The forecourt of the Temple of Apollo at Delphi was inscribed with the simple command to mankind: Know Thyself. Mindfulness, or clear awareness, is the practice of exploring and understanding our own minds. To know ourselves fully is to empower us to live to our highest potential and to follow our truest purpose.

 

To know ourselves means to accept our gifts fully, and to recognise our callings for what they are. To know ourselves is to control our thoughts, for once we control our thoughts then we control our minds. When we control our minds then we gain control of our whole lives.

 

Coaching at an existential level means committing to an exploration of beliefs, values and goals. A coaching partnership that allows your life's purpose emerge with clarity means to shake free of the chains and anchors that keep you captive in an inadequate and unfulfilling existence.

 

A typical coaching programme is comprised of six sessions spaced two to three weeks apart. This enables a journey of exploration and acceptance that can both inform and liberate, creating a powerful positive impact on self-confidence, wellness and work performance. Coaching brings insight, perspective and a fresh growth mindset which inevitably promotes alignment with your highest potential.
