Where can I find a Life Coach?
Life coaching has been around in the UK for around 10 years but unfortunately there is no overall body that maintains a database for life coaches, so finding a life coach is very much up to you.
You can find a life coach by researching the Internet, looking in the telephone directory and asking friends and colleagues.
The relationship with your coach will be critical for coaching success and I would strongly advise you to approach at least three life coaches and compare them. Before doing this I suggest you ask yourself the following question:
“How will I know that my life coach has delivered a gold standard service?”
The answers will compliment your intuition and help you know what you are looking for!
